Chale Wote Street Art Festival

In the suburb of Jamestown, Accra - the oldest and poorest neighborhood -- an annual street art festival is held, Chale Wote.  I missed it last year but was sure not to miss it this time around.  Two days where artists line the street and just paint - there is a theme.  This time it was Life and Death.  I actually went both days - I was so intrigued.  Just fascinating to walk around, watch street performers, and take photos.  Looking forward to next year already! Enjoy some of my favorite pics from the weekend!
